Welcome to the offices of Dr. Howard D. Horn, DDS, a general dentistry practice focused on you and taking care of your smile. We provide gentle and comprehensive dental care to adults and children, delivering the best possible service and brightening every smile.

We see patients starting as young as three years. We want to be the primary provider to you and your family for preventive and restorative dental needs: routine check-ups and cleanings, cosmetic teeth whitening and veneers, crowns and bridges, partials and dentures, gum therapy, implant restoration, and root canals. There may be an occasion when you are referred to a specialist for consultation and/or treatment. And every step of the way you can be assured, we will continue to communicate with you and the specialist to ensure the best care for your smile.

We are located in Newington, Meriden and Kensington and we are available five days weekly, as well as for emergencies on weekends.
